How to watch the Champions League 2017 final for free: live stream details for Real Madrid vs Juventus
Britain gets a taste of hosting a major event on Saturday evening with the Champions League 2017 final, between Juventus and Real Madrid, taking place in Cardiff.
It brings Real's Gareth Bale back to Wales after he helped his country memorably reach the semi-finals of Euro 2016, while 39-year-old Gianluigi Buffon looks to become the oldest Champions League winner with victory tonight.
BT Sport, again, has exclusive rights to show the Champions League final. But as well as showing it on their dedicated channels, the broadcaster will be showing the final live on YouTube.
Where will the final be shown and how can I watch it live?
Like last year for Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid in the Champions League final and May's Europa League final, this clash will be made available to watch for free on YouTube.
The live stream video will be on the home page as you enter the site, alternatively you can search 'Champions League final live' in the search bar at the top of the page.
The game will also be available to BT customers and non-BT customers through the BT Sport website or BT Sport app. BT Showcase, which is available on freeview, will show the match.
The broadcaster has also announced the video coverage on YouTube will feature a 360 degree virtual reality view.
Gary Lineker will be presenting BT Sport’s coverage live from Cardiff and will be joined by UEFA Champions League winners Rio Ferdinand, Steven Gerrard, Steve McManaman and Owen Hargreaves, who will provide their analysis with Darren Fletcher as the commentator.
BT Sport customers can log on to the app, or go to channel 433 on their Sky box or channel 409 on their BT box.
Ahead of the final, Aleksander Ceferin spoke about how good it is to see the final hosted in Cardiff.
He said: "It's quite different if you bring the Champions League final to a city like Cardiff compared to a city like London. London will not change if the Champions League final comes to town. For Cardiff it's a fantastic experience.
"It's a bit of a challenge for us because of the lack of infrastructure - hotels and things like that - but I'm sure that they will never forget it.
"It's very important also for the development of football. They had some fantastic results last year, especially at the Euro, and they have one of the best players in the world. For a small country like that, it's a fantastic result."
The match takes place in the aftermath of the recent terrorist attack at a pop concert in Manchester, and less than two months after a bomb attack on Borussia Dortmund's team coach as they travelled to their Champions League quarter-final home leg against Monaco.
Ceferin said: "We have to admit that organising an event today is completely different than organising it 10 years ago from the security perspective.
"I don't know if football is a target but all the big events with big crowds are possibly targets. The problem is that the stadiums are secure, they are safe, but there are many people on the street so we have to be cautious about it."
